By accessing or using ZeEN, you agree to these Terms of Use without limitation. If you do not agree, you must not use ZeEN.

1. Eligibility

  • ZeEN is strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 and over.

  • Any registration or use by a minor without the explicit consent and supervision of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) is entirely at their own risk. ZeEN declines all liability for violations of this rule.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for your communications, interactions, and transactions on ZeEN.

  • ZeEN does not intervene in member relationships and declines any liability in case of fraud, scams, abuse, or disputes between users.

  • You agree to use ZeEN in compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

3. Security, Hacking, and Data

  • ZeEN implements security measures; however, no system is fully immune to attacks.

  • ZeEN disclaims liability for hacking, intrusions, or disclosure of information caused by malicious acts beyond its control.

  • In case of data breaches or intrusions, full responsibility lies with the perpetrator. Authorities in each country are entitled to prosecute those individuals, regardless of their nationality or origin.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • ZeEN, its founders, administrators, partners, and affiliates cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or claims—financial, material, or moral—arising directly or indirectly from the use of the platform.

  • Your use of ZeEN is entirely at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

  • ZeEN is a unique platform combining dating, social networking, and peer-to-peer payments between members.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction, copy, or exploitation of its concepts or services may result in legal proceedings for infringement and unfair competition.

6. Enforcement and Legal Action

  • Any serious breach of these Terms (including hacking, fraud, child exploitation, or security violations) authorizes ZeEN to suspend or permanently delete the offending account.

  • ZeEN reserves the right to pursue legal claims for financial damages before the competent courts.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by applicable international laws regulating online contracts.

  • In case of dispute, competent jurisdictions shall be determined according to applicable international private law.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using ZeEN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, and you accept to release ZeEN from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
